Pet Policy

Depending on the rental and community, some pets are allowed. Each advertisement will state if a small or large dog and/or cat is permitted and the amount of security deposit required. In some cases, other restrictions may apply. All residents must complete a pet questionnaire, sign a pet addendum and provide proof of renter's insurance.

Due to liability reasons, the following breeds are prohibited:

• Akita
• Alaskan Malamute
• American Staffordshire Terrier
• Bull Terrier
• Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Great Dane
• Husky
• Pit Bull
• Rottweiler
• Beauceron
• Belgian Malinois
• St. Bernard
• All “mixes” of the above breeds

Assistance Animals

If you need a reasonable accommodation, all properties accept pets. There are no type of breed or size restrictions for dogs. Applicants with assistance animals must complete the Support Animal Request, Pet Questionnaire and provide a signed written verification by a third-party. For online certificates, the provider must be from a reliable website and must include individualized assessment. If a service animal has a recent history of violence and poses a direct threat to the health and/or safety of others, accommodation requests will be denied.
